Guideflow
Six months to replace everything, including the parts that worked
Guideflow had a product built fast on off-the-shelf kits and a raise to prepare for. We rebuilt it from first principles: the product, the site, and the design system underneath, in six months.

Where they started
Guideflow had a working product, and it had been built the way most early products are built: fast, on off-the-shelf UI kits, with whatever got them to a usable state quickest. That is the right call at the beginning. It stops being the right call once the product is real and the company is trying to raise.
By the time they came to us, the interface was carrying an old decision that no longer fit what they had become.
What they had already tried
Nothing, and that is worth saying plainly. Guideflow did not arrive with a failed agency behind them or a half-finished handoff to clean up. We were the first team they brought in for this. That meant no politics and no salvage work. It also meant there was no safety net if we got it wrong.
What we did
We rebuilt the product from the ground up rather than improving what was there. New UI, new UX, designed from first principles instead of inherited from a kit.
That covered the whole surface: every web page, the product itself, and a design system underneath it so the new decisions would hold as the product grew.
Six months, end to end.
What changed
The feel of the product changed completely. It became easier to use, and the responses coming back from users got noticeably better.
Guideflow raised a two million dollar round after the redesign shipped.
